Mitsubishi Straker cpus are very rare, not only because they have been produced in few quantities, but also because to find them, you have to disassemble some particluar laptops. And few people know which laptop models contain those cpus...
Unfortunately, because of their package, they will be found either soldered on a motherboard, either desoldered with most of balls missing, which reduce much their value.

So, in a nutshell, even if they are extremely rare, they will not cost big money, because most of time they will be found in bad physical condition.
