Memory chip made by National Semiconductors. 16KB EPROM. Pulled from IC socket, non-ZIF. Unsure what is loaded on, however used in a circuit with an intel P5031AH. I might upload a hex file onto my computer at some point, and attempt reverse engineering. The programming voltage for the EPROM is 12.5V. At some point, I may use this chip in a project.

Several markings and codes which I cannot decipher, despite much research:

B8912 - after the National logo, presumably giving information on the type of chip, etc
FP4(C)/J6/P - On the bottom
LSIB30104T - Also on the bottom
