Vortex86/SiS550 is a SoC which includes Rise mP6 CPU core clocked at 200MHz and a handfull of SiS perepherials.

Could be easily obtained if you buy DM&P eBox2300 thin client VESA-PC machine, which is exactly what I did and as a result had a great time inspecting its capabilities. Must have modern classic and one of the most obscure x86 chips ever.
